Privacy Policy

We are committed to respecting your privacy rights when accessing our website ECIPP.com ("Site"). We do not sell or lease customer lists to third parties. We created this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to alert you to what information we collect when you visit our Site, how this information is used and who has access to it. By visiting this Site and/or registering for an account with the Site, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and storage of your personal information as set forth below, and you agree to comply with the section 1 requirements and prohibitions concerning children under 13.
 
1. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

Our Site is intended for use by adults. Use of our Site by any child under 13 is prohibited in order to prevent collection of personally identifiable information from such children. Please contact us immediately if you have knowledge of a child under 13 using the Site.
 
2. NO SALE OF CUSTOMER LISTS

We do not sell or lease customer lists to third parties. If we contact you about a third-party offer, we would only share your information (name, address, phone number, email) with the third party if you indicate an interest in the offer and authorize us to share your information.
 

3. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

A. For you to access certain offerings on the Site, we may require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include information such as, but not limited to (1) Contact Data such as your name, phone number and e-mail address; (2) ECIPP Data such as the name of your shop, names of safety managers and other information necessary to complete the Easy Wizard® software and produce an ECIPP; and (3) Financial Data such as your payment resource, which is collected through a gateway in the Site by the payment processor we use - PayPal. We do not store this Financial Data, but PayPal and any other payment processor we elect does and you should review PayPal’s privacy and data security policies. We may also collect and retain any information you provide us when you contact us.  

B. If you utilize our Annual Shop Training services to be attended by shop staff, we will collect attendee contact data such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. 

Before attending a Shop Training session, each attendee must respond to an email prompt and either create a new account or sign into an existing account on the www.BodyArtTrainingGroup.com website. The Terms and Privacy Notice of that website explain what information is collected. BodyArtTrainingGroup.com and ECIPP.com are both hosted on the same LearningCart server.

Attendees who complete the training are awarded a bloodborne pathogens certificate which will be entered into the Certificate Validation Tool on www.BodyArtTrainingGroup.com. 

If we provide you a certificate for completing certain courses, individuals with government agencies or the general public will be able to use the Certificate Verification Tool we provide to enter a certificate number to verify the certification is valid. Your name, name of the course, and date of completion will be viewable to the person using the tool so long as they have the accurate certificate number.
 

4. MODIFICATION, TERMINATION, or CANCELING:

A. Email Communications - We may send commercial email messages to you on occasion. To stop receiving such messages, please click the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of each email message. We will also send you administrative emails that you cannot elect to forgo since they are necessary to create and manage your account.

B. Profile In Site - To change your personal information on the Site, login to your account and make any necessary changes through the Manage Account feature. Please note that the business name and business address can not be changed.

C. Canceling – To cancel an order or account, please contact us through the Contact or Support page on the Site. Please review our refund policies in the Terms of Use to determine if you are eligible for a refund.
 

5. PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES

If we modify or update this Policy, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Site and by sending an electronic message if we have a current email address for you. You may reject the update by discontinuing your use of the Site and canceling any subscriptions.
 

6. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers/privacy software can issue a do not track signal upon your selection of that feature. This Site, similar to most commercial Sites, is not programmed to respond to such requests, so please read this Privacy Policy to understand how to exercise your privacy options. 
 

7. USER TRACKING BY THIRD PARTIES

We do not use Third Party advertising cookies, nor do we use remarketing/retargeting strategies to continue to market our services to you if you leave our Site without registering or making a purchase. We use Google Analytics to help us analyze the traffic to our Site, and Google uses cookies and other technology to identify how visitors interact with the Site. We use this information to analyze how to improve our Site and marketing efforts. You may opt out of this tracking by visiting:

Other than as expressly stated in this policy, we do not currently allow third party vendors to use cookies to serve ads to you based upon your prior visits to our Site or other sites. Should we in the future do so, we will update our policy accordingly. We may employ Google Adsense on our Site, and Google will use a Double click cookie to track your actions if we do. 8. COOKIES AND TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED

A. Cookies. Cookies are bits of code placed on your device so our Site can work better for you.   We use cookies so we can track your movement on our Site and remember information you have entered. We use this information from all users in aggregate so we can improve user experiences in general, and we use specific information about you to make your use easier by providing an option for you to resume your course where you left off, for example. You can elect to erase cookies from your browser by accessing the cookies section in your settings. We may also use information about you to identify specific ads or helpful information from us (not third parties) to send to you.  To stop receiving such messages, please click the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of each email message.


B. Traffic Data. We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site, as well as (5) access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and ISP provider (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is not used to personally identify you but is used by us in the aggregate for marketing purposes and for helping us improve user experience on the Site.
 

9. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

A. Our Use Of Information: We use your Personal Information to send offers and information from us (not third parties) to you, to provide access to the Site, to use the ECIPP Easy Wizard software, and to interact with you as well as comply with various laws as detailed herein. 

B. Sharing Personal Information: We share certain categories of information we collect from you in the ways described in this Policy. We share Contact Data and Financial Data with our business partners (such as Pay Pal, Learning Cart, and others we may receive services from in the future) who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, billing, email distribution, and data storage) related to the operation of the Site. If you do not want to share your Personal Information with any third parties, please contact us, but please understand that such a request will eliminate your ability to access certain areas of the Site. 

C. Use of Plan Data. When you provide Personal Information through the Easy Wizard application, we use this Plan Data to create an ECIPP for your business. We retain this information on our servers for at least two years to prevent you from having to re-enter data for future services.  We do not share this information with others unless we determine, in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is required pursuant to a legal query, order, or claim.  

D. Use of Financial Data. Your Financial Data is used to process orders you submit to us and address billing disputes. We never have access to or store your financial information such as credit card information.  This information resides on the PayPal site or any other payment processor we may use and you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy of PayPal (or other identified payment processor) when ordering from us.  You further understand and agree that we may use and communicate your Personal Information and history of Easy Wizard software and website usage to third parties including, but not limited to, our legal counsel, administrative agencies, and PayPal/payment processor during any billing or legal disputes. We do not store your Financial Data on the Site. 

E. Sale of Information: Should we decide to sell all or part of our business or any of the Site at some point in the future, your Personal Information may be included as an asset in the transfer of the business to the new owner.
 

10. SECURITY INFORMATION AND GENERAL DISCLAIMER

A. Site Security: To protect your information our Site utilizes generally accepted commercial standards and protocols to protect personally identifiable information submitted to us.  Nonetheless security breaches can happen.  You will be notified of any security breaches.   For data stored on third party service provider sites, please reference their privacy policies.  

FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT AND NOT TO LIMIT ANY DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY IN THE TERMS OF USE FOR THIS SITE, ALL DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE APPLY TO ANY SECURITY BREACHES OUR SITE MAY EXPERIENCE.

B. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information: Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce the legal documents applicable to the Site.  

C. Lost or Stolen Information: You must promptly notify us if your username or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove or modify your account to block unauthorized use, but you are solely responsible for any such use prior to notifying us.
 

11. AREAS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Third Party Websites: The Site contains links to other websites. Please make sure to view the policies of those sites before proceeding.

13. DATA REQUESTS

If you have provided personal information to us and wish to withdraw your consent for your information to be stored or processed by this Site, you may submit your request to have your data deleted.  You may also submit a request for a listing of all the data we have which pertains to you on this Site, a list of all third party service Sites that may be storing your data as a result of using our Site, and request us to correct any errors in your data.
