Are you ready for your next body art shop inspection?

An Exposure Control and Infection Prevention Plan (ECIPP) makes safety policies and procedures easy to understand and to follow.

California Body Art Shop Owners ...

California's Safe Body Art Act (AB 300) requires body art businesses to have an Infection Prevention Control Plan (IPCP). If your shop is located in California, our Easy Wizard™ will automatically include an IPCP in your ECIPP.

What is an Exposure Control and Infection Prevention Plan?

An Exposure Control and Infection Prevention Plan (ECIPP) is a body art shop safety plan.

OSHA requires body art shops that have employees with occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials to protect those employees by establishing a written Exposure Control Plan (ECP).

But what about friends and clients who come into body art shops? Shouldn’t everyone be protected? Of course they should, and there’s a new type of plan that does just that.

An Exposure Control and Infection Prevention Plan is an ECP that has been expanded to protect everyone who walks into a body art shop—employees, independent contractors, visitors, and clients.

Protection for everyone. What a concept!

What is an Injury and Illness Prevention Program?

As of 2013, thirty-four states have programs for worker safety and health protection. These programs have various names and come in a variety of forms. They may be voluntary or mandatory, and they may apply to some or all employers.

Easy Wizard™ produces an Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) that complies with the California Safe Body Art Act (AB 300).
